Job Description
Family Medicine Physician needed in Monticello, New York. The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide quality primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to all patients.

Details:
• Permanent position
• Full time, 35 – 40 hours per week
• One late night per week and one Saturday per month required
• Rotating call
• Medium-sized primary care practice
• Collaborate with physicians and specialty physicians

Qualifications
• Valid New York medical license
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• Experience is a plus
• J1 visa accepted
