Job Description
Family Medicine Physician needed in Southampton, New York. The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide quality primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to all patients.

Details:
• Permanent, full-time position working 35 - 40 hours a week
• Duties include seeing office patients and precepting Family Practice residents
• State of the art health center
• Schedule requires one late evening per week and one Saturday per month
• Rotating phone call coverage

Qualifications
• Valid New York medical license
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• At least 2 years of experience post-residency required
