Job Description
Palliative Medicine Physician needed to join a collaborative team in Central California. Be a part of a group that is committed to providing world-class medical care. The primary focus of the Palliative Medicine Physician is to work in conjunction with the inpatients teams to care for patients in the Central Valley.

Details:
• Full-time, direct hire position
• Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
• Provide disease management with intensive cancer related pain and symptom management
• Educate patients regarding hospice and palliative medicine
• Work with the inpatient palliative care team, home-based palliative care services, and hospice team
• Provide medical oversight and assist in the professional development of advanced practitioners
• Assist in the development of interdisciplinary teams
• EMR: Cerner

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Board Certified Hospice, Palliative Medicine, or Geriatric desired
• Valid California medical license
