Family Physician Needed in Bloomfield, NM

Job description

• Any state license
• M-F, 40 hours weekly (full-time only)
• 6 months to 1 year commitment, can extend
• Outpatient family clinic
o Basic Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, physicals, some chronic care such as hypertension/diabetes
o Some light trauma such as sutures
• Board Certified Preferred, Board Eligible accepted (must have completed residency)
• 15-18 patients/day

Requirements:
o 1. Have a full and unrestricted licenses in all states in which licenses are held
o 2. Have NEVER been the subject of adverse Medical Staff Action (censure, revocation of privileges)
o 3. Have no criminal arrests or convictions
o 4. Have never been censured by a medical board for opioid use or misuse or sexual misconduct.
o 5. Have never been terminated early from a Locums Assignment due to behavior or quality of care concerns.
