FNP Needed in Arizona ASAP

Job description

Nurse Practicioner Needed in Arizona
- Located in Tsaile, AZ (1.5 hours north of Gallup, NM)
- mid September start (start date based on completion of credentialing)
- Assignment through Dec 31, with the potential to extend coverage
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- NO CALL, NO WEEKENDS
- Treating all ages
- Roughly 20-25 patients per day
- Treating COVID patients, checking for symptoms, also treating Primary Care cases (80% COVID treatment, 20% Primary Care)
- Basic Primary Care cases include sick/well visits, flu, respiratory issues, some chronic care such as hypertension and diabetes
- NO light trauma cases required (sutures, etc.)
- Working with full medical staff (physician, midlevel nursing staff)

Certifications required:
- Active state medical license (any state)
- DEA
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- ANCC certification
