FNP Needed in Lawton, OK - Any State License

Job description

- Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
- Dates of coverage: ASAP – December 31, 2021
o credentialing roughly 4-5 weeks
o Position likely to extend into 2022
- Work Scheudle: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Treating all ages
- Basic Primary Care duties, sick/well visits, physicals, some chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes
- Full medical staff to include physicians, NP’s, medical assistants
