Hello there! We are helping find TWO providers for a Tribal Health clinic in Eugene, OR.

Would love a provider already licensed in OR, but they are also willing to handle licensing and allow a provider to work there while their OR license is being processed. Don't let licensing deter you from this opportunity- we can work something out!

3 month initial contract with the opportunity to extend- only 3 weeks to credential!

- Basic primary care coverage- sick/well visits, physicals, some chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes
- Monday-Friday 8-5
- Treating all ages
- Seeing roughly 20 PPD
- Working alongside IM physician and Nurse Practitioner
- DEA and BLS required
- Must be willing to learn clinic's EMR system- they will provide training
- Travel and lodging provided
- VERY competitive pay
