Primary Care Opportunity Near Green Bay

Job description

Family Practice physician needed full-time near Green Bay, WI
- Facility searching for perm hire
- ASAP start (roughly 2 weeks to credential)
- 6-month contract with the ability to extend
- Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p with 1-hour lunch
- Treating all ages
- 14-16 patients per day
- Basic Primary care duties, acute cases, higher volume of chronic care such as hypertension/diabetes
- Full support staff available to assist
- EMR: Athena, will provide training
- Physician Requirements
o Wisconsin state medical license required
o DEA
o BLS
o Board certification required

• 6 month contract
• Bread and butter primary care
• 14-16 patients per day
