FM/IM Physicians Needed in Richmond VA

Job description

• BC or BE
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
• Monday - Friday
• 7:30 - 5:00pm
• All adults, 65 and older
• 18 - 23 patients per day
• Primary care duties: medication management, chronic care management health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs
• XRays, Labs and Pharmacy in house (no narcotics filled here, patients fill controlled substances with outside pharmacies)
• VA license and active DEA required

• ASAP- Until end of April
• Mon-Fri 7:30-5
• Geriatrics, All adults, 65 and older
