Job description

• We are going to be looking for a locum in primary care – likely a longer term locum. Here are some high level details . . .
• Coverage location – one of our Idaho Clinics (not sure which one) – Lewiston, Idaho. Both clinics are within about 5 miles of each other – use the same EMR – provider could be working between both clinics, but they will be in Idaho.
• Situation – one busy doc on medical leave, one leaving the practice. Locum to perm would be a bonus 
• Patients a day – 16-20?
• EMR – Meditech (Ambulatory) – we do have dragon. Candidate MUST be technology savvy and able to see patients and complete records.
• Schedule – either Monday – Friday OR if wanted 4 day schedule – could do Tuesday-Friday (longer days). OP only (no inpatient) – shared call – phone only.
• Office – several other providers (mostly NP, Pas) – no supervision requirement for this provider. Clinical staffing – MA’s.
• Start – as soon as credentialed – end – until we recruit a perm?
• Preferences will be given to longer commitments and ability to cover nearly FT. Also to TRUE locum to perm candidates.
• Would need both Idaho and Washington license. Need WA license because Tri-State is in WA State and our bylaws require WA license.
