Job description

• Family Nurse Practitioner-ALL AGES including newborns
• Must have minimum of 1yr exp. as NP
• 3 days per week-client can be flexible on the days
o Must be same person for all 3 days
• 8 am - 5 pm
• 18 patients per day
o All patients are refugees
• Full support staff
• Maryland License, DEA, CDS
• Basic Primary Care: sick/well visits, chronic care, annuals, medication mgmt.
• EMR: NextGen
• 45 days credentialing
