Job description

• ASAP Start, ongoing
• Current provider is leaving in August, but locum can start ASAP
• Monday through Friday
• 8am to 5pm
• No Call
• No weekend work
• EMR is Athena One
• 18-20 patients per day
• Full support staff
• Prefer bilingual, but not required
• BC/BE is acceptable
• Will take FP or IM who is comfortable with all ages
• Bread and butter primary care, well visits, sick visits, annual exams, immunizations and flu shots
• Open to travel and lodging accommodations
