Family Practice Physician needed in Oregon

Job description

- Family Practice Physician needed full-time in western Oregon (roughly 1 hour south of Eugene)
- ASAP – 3-month initial contract with the potential to extend (while clinic is searching for permanent hires)
- Credentialing timeframe: 1-2 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Treating all ages
- Average 16-18 patients per day, mostly scheduled visits
- Basic Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, coughs, fever, chronic care coverage such as htn and diabetes
- No suturing required
- Working alongside two Family NP’s, 2 RN’s, and 3-4 CAN’s
- Can provide travel and lodging

• 3 months with possible extension
• M-F 8hr shifts
• 16-18 patients, mostly scheduled visits
