Outpatient facility needing NP/PA help in NY

Job description

• Brooklyn, NY
• Does not need to have urgent care experience
• Will be doing primary care work
• Sick and well visits, medication management, referrals, follow ups, etc.
• 15-25 patients a day
• M-F ; 9a-5p
• Youngest age provider will see is 10+
• Not necessary for provider to see children
• Support Staff: 1:1 MA
• Credentialing: 30-45 days
• EMR: ECW
• Must have active state license and DEA

• 1-2 days/wk and can be flexible on days
• ASAP - Ongoing
• Will accept someone that sees adults only
