Community Health Center in western North Carolina in need of primary care coverage!

Primary Care Physician (FP/IM) - Community Health
Location: Asheville, NC
Contract Dates: ASAP (upon credentialing) - 6 month initial commitment preferred
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts OR Four 10 hours shifts (M-F)
Bread & Butter Community Health
- Must be comfortable with a complex patient population
- Chronic Care Diabetics, HBP, HTN) + Medication Management
- 10% HIV/Transgender Population
Primarily ADULTS PATIENTS (18+) - not required to treat peds
16-20 Patients Per Day (w/ support)
Board Certification required - FP or IM
