Florida Community Health Center seeking full-time physician coverage
Coverage Dates: ASAP - 3 month initial contract
Location: Deltona-Daytona Beach Area - Florida
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Patient Volume: 21-26 PPD
Patients Ages: 0-99
Standard Community Health/Primary Care
• Sick visits, physicals, chronic care, medication management, etc.
• EMR: ECW
