ASAP – 3 Months with options to extend
 Practice Description:
• Setting: Clinic Patients
• Daily Responsibilities: Adult and Child Population – Will likely have mainly paneled patients. Chronic Disease Management, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, etc, Outpatient Primary Care such as flu, colds, sickness. Will handle own in-basket (Emails, follow-ups).
• Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday – Friday 8:30a-5:00p
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• PPD/Census: Estimated 3 Patients per Hour – Estimated 22-24 patients per 8-hour day (Generally up to 9 Face to Face – 20 Min Appointments & 3 10-minute virtual appointments per ½ block).
• EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic.
