Job description

"Primary Care physician needed for full-time coverage in El Reno, OK
- Facility located (roughly 40 minutes west of Oklahoma City)
- Coverage dates: ASAP – 6-month initial contract, with the ability to extend
o Start date is dependent on completion of credentialing and background/security clearance
o Tentative credentialing timeframe: 8 weeks
- Average 15 patients per day, all adults, all male (this is a male corrections facility, no female offenders)
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage like hypertension/diabetes, light trauma cases such as suturing
- Facility uses EMR (BEMR system)

• Initial 6-month, with the ability to extend coverage
• Any active state license accepted
• 8hour shifts - usually 8a-4:30p, can possibly do 4/5days/week
