Job description

- Specialty: Physician- Family Practice/Internal Medicine
- Target Start Date: 11/20/2023
- Contract Length: 3-6 months
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8a-5p
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days but have temps
- $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

Work Details:
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: full-time
- Number of patients: 3-4 patients per hour
- Patient Population/Age: all ages (FP), adults only (IM)
- Department Description: outpatient clinic setting
- Practice Setting: Community Health Center
- EMR: EPIC
Skills Required:
- This position will play a vital role in the Health Center’s primary care program. Successful candidates will be able to provide comprehensive medical services for patients of all ages. The candidate will be responsible for meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients in our clinic and providing them with healthcare services that meet the national standards of care. Must have a keen interest in helping the underserved population. FQHC experience is a plus. Familiarity with Quality Measures is a plus. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
- Other Requirements: Board Certification, Active CA License, DEA, & BLS. Minimum of 3 years of experience.
