Job description

• Schedule: 8a-5pm; Monday-Friday
• Setting: Primary Care; Geriatric Care
• EMR: Epic
• Will have a couple of training days to align
• Length: 3 months miminum
• Credentialing: Can start ASAP
• Ages: all elderly adults
• Volume: 6-12 patients per day
• Can cover Travel and Lodging
• Will do mileage reimbursement
• Needs to have experience seeing Geriatric patients; not only, but some in a primary care field.
