Job description

• FP (MD) / IM also may be possible
• ASAP/Immediate Start
• M-F
• 9am - 5pm,
• Ongoing Coverage
• no call
• BC required- No new grads; if Board Certified with prior Chief Residency or teaching experience; experience strongly preferred
• Open to part-time, or multiple providers, if necessary
• Average # of Patients per day: 18-22
• Duties: Basic primary care, sick and well visits, referrals, etc.
• Support Staff: Yes
• EMR Used: ECW
• Travel & Lodging/Mileage: Prefer local candidates but will consider based upon candidates experience
• Credentialing Requirements: Active NY state license & DEA
• Credentialing Timeline: 4-6 weeks on average
