**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' presenting issues, treatment goals, and therapeutic needs.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique strengths, challenges, and preferences.
3. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
4. Facilitate individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions in accordance with professional ethical standards and best practices.
5. Collaborate with clients to monitor progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other required paperwork.
7. Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress, share clinical insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.
8. Coordinate care and referrals as necessary, including collaborating with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
