Job description

Setting: Typical Outpatient Primary Care setting: physicals, annual follow-ups, med reconciliation, etc.
Volume: 8-12/day; mostly chonic care cases
Ages: 12 years up. Mostly adults
Schedule: 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs or Wed-Fri) 8a-5p
Contract: 3-6 months with potential extension
Credentialing timeframe: 2 weeks
Support staff: MA
License requirements: ANY state License
