PART TIME! Primary Care Facility in Queens Seeking IM/FP

Job description

• Will accept either a FP or IM
• Facility trying to expand hours
• Hours are 3p-8p
• BE/BC strongly prefer BC
• Dates Needed: ASAP-Ongoing
• Needing another provider at the end of the month
• Mon, Tues, Fri
• 16 patients per day
• Basic Primary Care (i.e. sick and well visits)
• Provider will have 1:1 MA
• Credentialing time 1-2 weeks
• EMR: ECW
