Must have Fam med experience
Boarded in Fam Med preferred
12 week assignment
15-20PPD
M-F 8Am-5PM
All ages
Travel and lodging is covered


NP/PA -- see below
Bread and butter community health
M-F; 8AM-5PM
Travel and lodging is covered
15-16 PPD after onboarding
Good with chronic disease management
PEDS is a bonus, not mandatory
EMR: ECW
Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of Outpatient PC experience
Ideal candidate would be open for Locums to perm, but not a deal breaker
