Job description

• Length of contract: 3 months
• Start date: 5/1/24
• Coverage Type: scheduled hours, No fee for service, no charting from home, no call
• Schedule Details: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 Noon
Work Details:
• Facility Type: Employee Health and Wellness Center
• Practice Setting: out-patient, primary care clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: we currently use eCW but we will be switching to one called ELATION. We do provide EMR training
• Patient Age Group: Adult

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC or BE
• State License(s): Current unrestricted license (Louisiana)
• Certifications: BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2 years
