Opportunity: Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join established Primary Care practice *In-office or remote work available *Nurse Practitioner for Administrative Patient Care Support *The position is a non-direct patient care role *The NP will play a crucial role in supporting administrative aspects of patient care. Working closely with our practice physicians and mid-level providers, your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient and effective patient care management *EMR in place Duties & Responsibilities: *Medication Management: Oversee and manage medication refill requests. *Lab and Radiology Results Review and Interpretation: Interpret lab and radiology results, post findings and interpretation note to the patient portal, and communicate with patients and clinical staff as needed for follow-ups or further consultations. *Patient Inquiries and Requests: Respond to various patient queries and requests, providing accurate information and guidance. *Specialist Referral Notes: Review notes from specialists and update patient charts to reflect the latest care information.
