Job description

Daily Responsibilities: Same Day Access Needs – Will be handling patients that have a Primary Care Physician but need to be seen. Patients are scheduled. Shouldn’t have a lot of walk in patients. Primary Care setting. PPD/Census: Estimated 24 Patients per day once ramped; (12 Patients per 4 hour block). EMR: Epic

• Ongoing up to 6 months
• No Weekends, No Holidays
• Primary Care setting – Colds, Flu, Coughs, Rashes, Diabetes, Blood pressure, Toe Nail Removal, I&D, some Women's Health, as needed. etc. All Ages
