This facility is a vital healthcare provider in the Rensselaer community, offering a wide range of services focused on primary care, preventive health, and integrated treatment for various health needs.

Job Description:
Shift description: Days (open to 4-day or 5-day work week. 40 hours per week, 34 patient facing hours.) + On call
Call is 1 in every 13 weeks, weeklong call from Monday evening to the following Monday morning. Phone calls only.
