Specialty: Occupational Med/Urgent Care Physician
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4p

Work Details:
· Patient Population/Age: All ages
· Skills Required: Must be DOT certified, comfortable to work autonomously, and comfortable with suturing
Practice Setting:
• Clinic/Private Practice

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC/BE in primary care or related field
· License Required: Active KY license

• Scheduled + No Call
• Can start as soon as credentialed
• 3 months ongoing contract
