Best Locum Assignment in Detroit with FQHC

Job description

3 month assignment with FQHC in Detroit looking for a full time NP/PA for outpatient primary care starting in October
-Must be able to see all ages
-Must be within driving distance (somebody local to Detroit or the suburbs)
-15-20 patients per day (Facility did let us know that there are a ton of no shows and it can be around 10 patients a day
-Must have active license in MI and active DEA
-BLS. is required
-Option to extend after 3 months
-30 day credentialing
-Must have done outpatient pc in the last 18 months, and be able to provide references
-Full support staff
-Phone interview
-$70-$80hr
