Contract Length: 6 weeks with potential to extend
Shift Details: Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00-5:00
Amount of coverage needed per month: Weekends only
Patients per day: 20 PPD
Call Schedule: No
Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics

Board Certification: Yes
State license required: Yes
Credentialing time frame: 1-2 weeks
