APP - Family Medicine/Primary Care - Dallas, NC - Locum to Perm

Job description

Tinkbird is actively seeking Locum to perm APP`s family med/primary care in Dallas, NC and Charlotte NC:
Schedule: Mo-Fr 8a-5p with an hour of lunch. Starting mid October

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive physical exams and obtain detailed patient histories with a focus on Family Medicine and Primary Care.
· Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive care and continuity of care.
· Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
· Prescribe medications and counsel patients on medication adherence and lifestyle changes.
· Perform medical procedures and assist in minor surgeries as needed.
· Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, community health workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and patient-centered care.
EMR: Athena
support staff: 1-2 MA`s, 1 Phlebotomist, 1 Front desk. 2-3 Providers on duty.
