A facility in Mission Hills, CA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Location: Kaiser Permanente Mission Hills Medical Offices
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 4x10 per week (8:30am-7:00pm with variable day off)
Types of Cases: Adult and Child Population – Will likely have mainly paneled patients. Chronic Disease Management, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, etc, Outpatient Primary Care such as flu, colds, sickness. Will handle own in-basket (Emails, follow ups).
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Must be Board Certified and have active California license
