Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. This position is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients’ health concerns and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Diagnose and treat health conditions, prescribe medications, and develop care plans based on patient assessments.
Provide preventive care, patient education, and wellness counseling to individuals and families.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care approach.
Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in electronic medical records (EMR) accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in coordinating follow-up care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient care evaluations, and clinical team meetings.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state.
Minimum of [2-3] years of experience in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of primary care practices and patient management.
Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
CPR/BLS certification
