Locums providers needed!

Job description

Hybrid virtual-medicine Family Medicine Physician Standard outpatient Primary Care Monday-Friday: 7:30-4:30p, 1-hour lunch
2-days (in-clinic) doing virtual appointments, 3-days (remote/home) doing virtual appointments
- 1-2 times per month (if there’s a need) will train mid-level providers in-person
- Home assessments, supervising
Initial 6-months with option to extend
Credentialing about 10-12 weeks
Low patient volume
Must have 1-year experience
TX State License
