ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2640603
• Location: Idaho
• Start: December
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Shifts: 4x10's per week, working Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri (off on Thurs)
• Schedule: Will be working at 2 outpatient clinics, 2 days at each
• Patient Population: All ages, infants to geriatrics
• Patient volume: 15-20 patents per 10hr day at both locations
• EMR: Cerner
• Required: Board Certified, DEA/CSR, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, NRP, Active ID license
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered

• 4 days per week
