"Integrated group of independent private practices seeks primary care physician to join a family medicine physician and experienced nurse practitioner in a busy, established practice. Phenomenal model if you have experienced the burnout of a wRVU model and are ready to be independent and treat your patients how you see fit! THE OPPORTUNITY- Fast practice ramp-up...it is expected the new physician will have a full panel in six months.- Freedom to create the practice you desire!- Outpatient-only, no weekends!- Athena EMR (better than EPIC!), Dragon dictation, and experienced support staff allow you to focus on the care of your patients without administrative distractions.- Bilingual English Spanish required; 95% of the practice’s patients are Hispanic.
