Family Medicine Physician- Mission Hills, CA

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm or 4x10 per week (8:30a-7p- variable day off)- No call
- Job Setting: Outpatient clinic.
- Adult and Child Population- Will likely have mainly paneled patients. Chronic Disease Management, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, etc, Outpatient Primary Care such as flu, colds, sickness. Will handle own in-basket (Emails, follow ups).
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
- Must have an active California state license and be BC in Family Medicine.

• Will accept 4x10's
• Bread & Butter Family Medicine
• 3 or 6 month contract- ongoing assignment
