Facility in Burlington, VT seeking Primary care/Infusion center APP locums coverage Rates: $120/hr Specialty: Nurse Practitioner (Adult, Specialized) Start Date: October 14, 2024 End Date: December 31, 2024 Schedule Type: Flexible Schedule On Call: No Position Overview: Facility in South Burlington, VT, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner locum for their Primary Care and Adult Infusion Services. This role involves onsite supervision of a 5-chair ambulatory infusion center, supporting primary care clinic providers, and handling televideo sick visits and in-basket management. Responsibilities: Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including scheduled administrative time. Patient Load: Up to 6 patients per day. Duties: Supervise a 5-chair ambulatory infusion center with a full RN and support staff complement. Support primary care clinic providers with televideo sick visits and in-basket management. Support Staff: Full RN and support staff complement. Onsite nursing leadership. Patient scheduling support. Independence: The provider will practice independently, supervising the infusion center. EMR System: EPIC. Qualifications: Certifications: BLS certification required. Licensure: Active Vermont NP license preferred. Experience: Experience in primary care and/or infusion services is highly preferred.
