Primary Care Physician needed in Long Beach, CA! $135/hour + Travel and Lodging!

Job description

Specialty/Unit/Profession: FP (PCP)
• Shift: 5x8, Days (8a-5p; patients from 8a-4:30p) Clock out for lunch. (Time worked = 8 hours.)
• Practice Setting: Primary Care
• Coverage & Call Reqs: None
• Charting Software: Epic
• Ave. Daily Census: 18-20
• Patient Age Group: Needs to be Family Medicine, so all ages
• Procedures (if applicable): Great if they can do common outpatient FM procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.)
• Equipment: Normal equipment found in a primary care outpatient office.
• Board Certifications: Preferred but not required
• License Certifications: Must have unrestricted CA medical license, DEA certificate, BLS or ACLS
• State License: CA Required
• CSR: Must have a DEA
• DEA: Must have a DEA
• Years of Exp. Required: Must have at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Charting Exp. Required: Epic experience strongly preferred
• Support Staff: Yes, there is support staff (practice manager, front office supervisor, medical assistants, patient care associates, etc. They will not have to supervise any staff.

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• No on call
• Great if they can do common outpatient FM procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.)
