Locum Urgent Care MD/DO needed in Midland, MI (multiple clinics)

CLIENT WILL WAIT FOR A LICENSE IF PROVIDER HAS ACTIVE IMLC LICENSE.

Top Hourly Rate + Travel Expenses

Start Date: 4-6 hours of orientation is required before first shift with MyMichigan Health
Can start end of October (once credentialed)
Exact shifts TBD.

End Date: 3 months

LOA: 3 months with option to extend

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

Work Schedule: There are 4 urgent cares that are a part of MiMichigan Health.

West Branch Urgent Care (some shifts here will be 8-8 and some will be 8-4); Midland Urgent Care (Shifts here will be 8-8); Clare Urgent Care (Shifts here will be 8-4); Gratiot Urgent Care (Shifts here will be 8-4)

Exact schedule TBD once provider is brought on and credentialing begins. They have tons of available shifts.

Patient Volume: Patient volume would depend on the Clinic (4 different clinics) but they try to schedule 3 patients per provider/hour. 

Procedures: General Urgent Care - (URI/Cough/Cold/Sore throat/UTI/Sprains/Strains/Rash etc.)

EMR: EPIC - Client has Dragon Dictation.

Licenses: Active MI or physician with IMLC

Certifications: Board Certified Family Medicine (or truly BE within 5 years)

Relevant Exp: Case Logs: Provider must have provided primary care services to at least 50 patients within the last 12 months.
