As a Family Medicine Physician in our Buffalo practice, you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, compassionate care to patients—whom we call Family Members—where it matters most: their homes and communities.

Your Role:

As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to our Family Members, with an average of 18-21 patients per day. You’ll have the chance to truly connect with your patients and make a difference in their lives by delivering care that’s personal, proactive, and community-focused.

What We’re Looking For:

MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine.
Ability to obtain a New York State medical license and valid federal/state narcotics certificates.
A passion for community-based care and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with patients and their families.
