Primary Care Physician needed in rural SE Iowa!

· Start date: ASAP

· End Date: Mid to end of January

· Length of Assignment: 3 months

3-4 Days a week- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday-flexible with the days

· Specialty: Family Practice
· Schedule: 7:30 am-5:30 pm
· Clinic Hours: 8 am- 5:00 pm
· Patient Mix: Mostly Medicare and Medicaid patients
· Patients per Day: 10-13
· EMR System: Amazing Charts
· Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days
· Does the Physician need to be Board Certified? No
· Will the provider be working Solo? No, there are 2 family practice providers (PA & NP)
· Type of Support Staff Support Staff: A nurse will be assigned to them and we have a float nurse and a nurse care coordinator the does all of our Medicare Well visits
· Interview Process? Phone Interview to start
