Internal Medicine APP Coverage near Riverside, CA

Job description

• Start date: As soon as credentialed- (estimated 12 weeks credentialing timeframe)
• Location: Colton, CA
• Length of coverage: 6 month contract
• Schedule: Monday-Friday-8:30am-5pm- No call, no weekends
• Setting: Clinic
• Daily Responsibilities: Provide Population Health via Virtual and in Person coverage. Will work on average 4 days weekly doing virtual work in clinic and then 1 in person patients. Preventative Care, Diabetes, Hypertension, Blood pressure, Medicine Management, Women’s Health/Paps, Asthma- Adult patients only
• Patients per Day: Estimated 24 Patients per day (20 Minute Video and 10 Minute Telephone Appointments). Estimated 20 Patients per day seeing patients in person
• EMR: EPIC
• Requirements: Board Certified NP or PA, CA license & DEA, experience seeing patients virtually preferred
• Benefits: W-2 contract assignment- Medical Benefits available after 30 days, Travel coverage negotiable- local candidates preferred, Malpractice insurance provided

• Onsite coverage, however patients will be seen mostly virtually
• Full-time- Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Adults only- Outpatient primary care coverage
