-Locations: Kingston or Ellenville
-Physician Only
-Must be BC in Family Medicine
-M-F ; 8a-5:30p (no weekends or nights)
-Truly seeing ALL ages (cradle to grave)
-Basic primary care duties
-Full support staff
-EMR: EPIC
-Must have NY License, DEA, BCLS, and Medicare/Medicaid
-Average credentialing timeline 30-60 days
