Family medicine need- north side of Chicago

Job description

Bread and butter primary care opportunity on the north side of Chicago- credentialed in 30-45 days- looking for help ASAP

M-F schedule, clinic is also open Saturdays- they are open to a provider who can work full OR part time

All ages, must be BC in family medicine, must have active Illinois Medicaid

3 month assignment to start- open to an extension
