Location: Cleveland, OH

Start: July 1, 2026

End: 12.31.2026

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p, NO CALL no weekend

Outpatient only

Number of patients per day: 15 to 20

Patient Population: Majority are adult primary care patients in ambulatory outpatient practice
