Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 8a–6p, Monday–Thursday, 4 days per week, no call
• Case Mix: All ages; 10–15 patients per day
• EMR: Epic (must be proficient)

Requirements:
• State License: Oregon (required)
• Certifications: NP (Primary Care), BLS or ACLS, DEA
