* Monday – Thursday
* 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* No call required
Practice Details
* Patient volume: 10–15 patients per day
* 1:1 clinical support staff per provider
* Patient population: All ages
* EMR: Epic
Requirements
* Experience required; new graduates will not be considered
* Providers must be able to work independently
* Active Oregon medical license required
* Active DEA required
* BLS or ACLS certification required
* Epic proficiency required
